Ashlee Nicholle Kernagis, age 15, of Springfield, MO, was born November 20, 1992, in Munster, IN, and passed away August 18, 2008, at her home.

Survivors include: her mother, Delores Hensley of Springfield, MO; her father, Donald Kernagis of Fowler, IN; two brothers, John Michael and Nicholas Kernagis, both of the home; three half-sisters, Hannah Kernagis of Fowler, IN, Chrissy and Paula Kernagis of Illinois; her maternal grandmother, Janice Straczek of Chicago Heights, IL; her paternal grandmother, Gewn Marsh of Richland, MO; her paternal grandfather, John Kernagis of Indiana; numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be 2pm Saturday, August 23, 2008 in the Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until 1:30pm Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO.
