Sarah Washam, age 83 0f Amory, MS, formerly of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born August 26, 1924 near Saddle, AR and passed away August 16, 2008 in Amory, MS. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, Daniel Jefferson Wheatley and Mary Estella Fraiser, four sisters, Bessie, Tressie, Hazel, Lena, one brother, Nobel, and her husband, Amos Washam. Services will be Tuesday, August 19, 2008 at 11:00am in the Clary Funeral Home Chapel, Mammoth Spring, AR, with visitation Monday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
