Norma Jean “Jeanie” Anderson age 69 of Alton, MO was born September 1, 1938 in Oregon County, MO and passed away, February 28, 2008 at the Baxter County Regional Hospital, Mountain Home, AR. Survivors include her husband Bob Anderson, one brother Keith Combs and wife Shirley, her mother Gladys Combs, all of Alton, MO, one daughter, Gail Blair and husband Gary, one granddaughter, Misty Blair, all of Courtois, MO, one step-grandson, Shawn Blair and wife Amy, one step-great-granddaughter, Autumn, all of Cabot, AR, numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death was her father, David Combs and son, David Alan Anderson. Jeanie, along with husband Bob, were long time owner/operators of the Alton Florist, Alton, MO. She was an active participant of the Smith Chapel Church. Services will be Sunday, March 2, 2008 at 2:00pm in the Clary Chapel, with Bro. Keith Combs officiating. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO. Visitation will be Saturday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Judes Childrens Hospital and left at the funeral home. |
