Etta Jean Robertson, age 76 of Alton, MO was born June 30, 1931 in Westview, IN and passed away February 19, 2008 at her home. Survivors include; one son, Roger McManus SR and wife Judy of Worchester, MA, four daughters, Sandra Ponder of Granite City, IL, Deborah Rosborough of Alton, MO, Dora Fickinger and husband Terry of Alhambra, IL, Sheri Smith and husband Robert of West Plains, MO, ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, five brothers, James, Donald, Richard, Phillip and Joseph, four sisters, Eve, June, Arlene and Darlene and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, James and Madeline Robertson, a son Michael Williams, two sons-in-law, Daniel Ponder, SR and Stephen Rosborough, one grandson, Daniel Ponder, JR, two brothers, John Robertson and Paul Robertson, one sister, Leota Gross. The family of Etta wishes to extend their sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mary Ellen Williams, Earlene Williams, and James Williams for their assistance during this difficult time. Services will be Saturday, February 23, 2008 at 1:00pm in the Clary Chapel with interment in the Cotton Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 6:00-8:00pm at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ozarks Medical Center, Cancer Research Department. |
