Georgiana Harris, age 79 of Couch, MO, was born November 28, 1928 in Indianapolis, IN and passed away January 13, 2008 at her home. Survivors include; five children, James “Ted” Crocker of Portland, OR, Thelma “Sis” Berreth and husband LeRoy of Beaverton, OR, Wayne Crocker and wife Joyce of Couch, MO, Ken “Lee” Crocker and wife Pam of Rainer, OR, Diane “Di” McKinnis and husband Willie of Fresno, CA, 23 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, Theodore and Edna Bailey, two husbands, James E. Crocker and Luther Harris, and one daughter, Denise Parker. Georgianna’s lifelong desire was to be a nurse. While she did not achieve that career, she did nurse and care for her husband during his illness, and loved and nursed many animals and pets though out her life. She faithfully attended the Couch Community Worship Center. Services will be Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 2:00pm in the Clary Chapel with Bro. Danny Barton officiating. Following the service, the body will be cremated. Arrangements under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO. |
