Jonathan John Cagle, 52, left this earth on May 4, 2026, peacefully passing at his home in Myrtle, Missouri. John was born on January 28, 1974, in Thayer, Missouri. He always had a great sense of humor and brought laughter to everyone around him. John had a caring heart and loved his family very much. He enjoyed being outside grilling, hunting, fishing, and farming. He was proud to call Missouri his home. John is survived by his wife, Tina Cagle of North Carolina; children, Heather Coe and husband David of North Carolina, Tanner Cagle of North Carolina, Trevor Cagle and wife Kayla of North Carolina, and Wylder Cagle of Thayer, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Sawyer, Gabriel, Gunner, Abel, and Westen. He leaves behind his sister Challie Frealy (Mike) of Thayer, Missouri; his brother, Anderson Cagle (Alana) of North Carolina and sister Genevieve Robinson (Jason) of West Plains, Missouri; along with several nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents, Neal and Nancy Cagle, and his sister, Penny Wicker. He will be truly missed by many. Book of Revelation 21:4 says, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
