John David Clark, age 88 of Myrtle, MO, was born December 31, 1937, in Wardell, MO, and passed away March 4, 2026, at his home. Survivors include: a host of nieces and nephews, John C. Arbuckle, III, Wayne Arbuckle, Mary Reynolds, Ralph Shelton, Robert Dailey, Alyssa Clark, Steve Maddox, and Sandy Chase. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Newman Walter and Mary Elizabeth (Edney) Clark; 5 siblings, Mary Elizabeth Arbuckle, Doris Dailey, Water Ray Clark, Iris Maddox, and Alvin Clark; 1 niece, Debbie; 2 nephews, Lary Shelton and Mike Clark. Mr. Clark’s wishes were to be cremated, and his ashes buried in his family’s cemetery in Portageville, MO.
