Judy Ann Ashley, age 75 of Alton, MO was born February 15, 1950 in Lockport, IL and passed away on September 8, 2025, in Springfield, MO. Survivors include five children, Billy Joe Palmer, Helen Campbell and husband Alvin, Patricia Palmer, Francis Marion “Mick” Palmer, III, Mark Ashley, JR and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman Neese and Rosalie Nowman Neese, husband Mark Ashley and daughter Rosalie Mae Girdley. Services will be at 10:00 am Thursday, September 11, 2025, at the Clary Funeral Home with Bro. Jake Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in the Huddleston Cemetery. Visitation, Wednesday, 6-8:00pm at the funeral home. |
