Elsa Helen Van Meter, age 88 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born in Andoria Island, Norway, and passed away March 30, 2025, at the Baxter Regional Hospital in Mountain Home, AR. Survivors include: her husband, Elwyn Lee Van Meter, Sr.; 1 son, Kim Durnak of Oslo, Norway; 1 granddaughter, Victoria Durnak of Oslo, Norway; 1 sister, Ragnfrid Nilsson of Gothenburg, Sweden; 1 brother of Sortland, Norway; numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sverre and Sigrid (Kramvik) Enoksen. Services will be 2pm Monday, April 7, 2025, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Erman Croney officiating, and burial following in the Camp Cemetery in Camp, AR. Visitation will be 1pm-2pm just prior to the service. |
