Penny Lorraine Wicker was born August 15, 1959, in Morehead City, North Carolina, to Neal Alderman Cagle Jr. and Nancy Charlotte Cagle and passed away Friday, February 28, 2025, at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains, Missouri. She was married to Robert Wicker who preceded her in death. She is survived by: two children, Lorra Wicker (Michael Watson) of Searcy, Arkansas, Kevin Wicker of Myrtle, Missouri; bonus daughter, Jennifer Smith and husband Thomas, of Myrtle, Missouri; four siblings, Challie Frealy and husband, Mike, of Thayer, Missouri, Anderson Cagle and wife, Alana, of North Carolina, Genevieve Robinson and husband, Jason, of West Plains, Missouri, and Jonathan Cagle, of Myrtle, Missouri; one grandchild, Harper Watson of Searcy, Arkansas; one grand-dog, Jase Remington Watson; and a few very special friends. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Penny enjoyed gardening, canning, and quilting. She loved spending time with her granddaughter, Harper, who referred to her as "Ma." She was the best Ma you could ask for. She loved getting Harper gifts and attending all of her activities. She was a Christian and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at 11am at Rose Hill Cemetery, Oregon County, Missouri, under the direction of Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO. Visitation will be held 6pm to 8pm Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO.
