Carol Sue Woods, age 68 of Alton, MO was born September 22, 1956 and passed away December 21, 2024. She is survived by daughter Erin Daughtery (Rick), son Matthew Woods (Abbe), four grandchildren River, Hunter, Summer and J.W., sister Patricia Williams, brothers Jim Williams, Mike Williams (Loretta) and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Doyle E. Wiliams and Ora Mae Stevens-Williams, her husband Dale Woods, daughter Contessa, sister Mary Combs, brother Billy Ray Williams, sisters-in-laws Mary and Freda Williams. Carol was a long-time member of the Alton United Baptist Church, was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her. Services will be 2:00pm Sunday, December 29, 2024 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, with visitation 1:00pm until service time. Burial will be in the Many Springs Cemetery. |
