Lucas Leroy “Lee” Simmons, JR was born August 9, 1968 in Fort Walters, TX and passed away June 19, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital Springfield, MO, with his family by his side. Survivors include; his wife Pam, son Lucas Lee Simmons, sister Glenda Elaine Simmons, brothers Wayne Simmons and wife Sherry, Clint Simmons and wife Tanya, his parents Lucas Leroy Simmons, SR and Rebecca Simmons, numerous other relatives and friends. Lee retired as Chief Deputy for Oregon County, MO, serving as Emergency Manager Director during the flooding of Thomasville. Graveside services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at the Bailey Cemetery, Alton, MO. Arrangements under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO.
