Charlotte Ann (Richards) Armstrong of Alton, MO, was born on October 21, 1938, in North Platte, NE, and passed away November 22, 2019, at her home. She was the 4th of 5 children. She married Neil Armstrong on May 23, 1959, and to this union 3 children were born: Stanley, Susan, and Steven. She lived in the Glenwood Tabor area for 3 years, then moved to Omaha, NE, for 12 years, before moving to Nodaway, IA, until 2008. She worked at D&L (which became Romack), where she worked until she retired in 2007. She and her family moved to Alton, MO, in 2008, where she lived until her passing. After she retired to Missouri she enjoyed her gardening and flowers. She is survived by: 2 sons, Stanley of Villisca, IA, and Steven and Kim of Alton, MO; 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; a friend, Marlen King; numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were: her parents, Charles and Marie Richards; her husband, Neil; 1 daughter, Susan. Funeral services will be held 10am Friday, November 29, 2019, at the Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO, with burial following in the Huddleston Cemetery near Alton, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home in Alton, MO.
