Leon Henry, age 79 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born February 18, 1939, in Marshall, AR, and passed away October 21, 2018, at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: his wife, Marilyn (Pankey) Henry, of the home; 2 daughters, Karen Mullins and husband Randy of Hardy, AR, and Theresa Williamson of Sister Lakes, MI; 3 sons, Michael Henry and wife Deborah of Birmingham, AL, Gary Henry of Mammoth Spring, AR, and Billy Ray Henry of Mammoth Spring, AR; 3 sisters, Diane Brewer, Verbilee Gazaway, and Patsy Jones; 8 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Jasper Willis and Florence Ellen (Cox) Henry; a wife, Betty Henry; a daughter, Betty Henry; grandson, John Williamson; a sister, Emma Jean Henry; 2 brothers, Virgil Henry and Dick Henry. Funeral services will be held 3pm Saturday, October 27, 2018, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with visitation from 1pm-3pm prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Flint Cemetery near Wirth, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
