Ronnie L. Phelps, age 64 of Thayer, MO was born October 21, 1953 in White Sands, NM and passed away June 30, 2018 at Shady Oaks Healthcare, Thayer, MO. Survivors include; six children, Ronnie, Danny, Amber, Tiffany, Dallas and Sierra, his father Jack, nine grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be 6:00 pm Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Apostolic Faith Tabernacle, 1403 WW highway, Mtn. View, MO.
