Michael Shane Hudson, age 49 of Mitchellville, IA, was born November 11, 1968, in Chicago, IL, and passed away February 1, 2018, at his home. Survivors include: his parents, Kenny & Doris Brown; his ex-wife, Karen Hudson; 1 sister, Kathy Chastain of Springfield, MO; 2 children, Brett Michael Hudson and Matthew Peter Hudson of Bondurant, IA; 2 nieces, Hannah Alford and Hailey Alford of Elk City, OK; 3 nephews, Jeremiah Ashworth of Springfield, MO, Zachary Ashworth of Holt, FL, and Jacob Alford of Elk City, OK; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Laura Whittingham and his maternal grandparents, Vick & Zara Jones. Funeral services will be held 1pm Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO.
