Ernest Jones, age 82 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born March 12, 1935, in Saddle, AR, and passed away December 20, 2017, at the Crown Point Health & Rehab Center in Horseshoe Bend, AR. Survivors include: 3 daughters, Freda Potter of Farmington Hills, MI, Sally Chargo of Farmington Hills, MI, and Sandra Herrick of Springhill, FL; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 siblings, Douglas, Doris, Michael, Ronald, and Fannie; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Victor & Zara Jones, his mother, Dulcie (Thompson) Jones; 4 siblings, Ira Ray Jones, Dixie Jones, Imogene Ward, and Shirley Armstead. Graveside services will be 2pm Friday, December 22, 2017, at the Saddle Cemetery in Saddle, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO.
