Elmer Dale Coffelt, age 74 of Thayer, MO, was born August 4, 1942, in Marion, Oregon, and passed away July 18, 2017, at Brooke Haven Healthcare in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: his wife, Sharon Coffelt of Thayer, MO; 3 daughters, Nancy of Idaho, Kimberly Stone of Thayer, MO, Rosie Hutton of Thayer, MO; 1 step-son, Ronnie Stinner of Missouri; 3 brothers, Fred and Charlotte Coffelt of Ontario, OR, Tom Coffelt of Boise, ID, Sam and Patty Coffelt of Calexico, CA; 3 sisters, Shirley and Frank Beale of Nampa, ID, Linda and Joe Boren of Nampa, ID, and Jean Rose of Idaho; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are: his parents, Fred and Dorothy Coffelt; 3 sisters, Joann Hesseltine, Marge Coffelt, and Penny Coffelt; 2 brothers, Randy and Frankie Coffelt; and 1 great-great-nephew, Thomas James Bohannon. Elmer loved fishing and is loved and will be missed terribly by many people.
