Howard Wayne Frost age of 36 Alton, Mo. was born May 28, 1980. He passed away on April 11, 2017 at his home. Survivors include his father Howard Frost, his sisters Julie, Annette and Lisa and one brother, Allen. His nieces and nephews; Beth, Paige, Michael, Greg, Jesse, Ashley, Kaylee, Jolissa, Emily and their children. Proceeding him in death was his mother Betty Tillman Frost Surratt, and his Grandparents James Tillman, John and Margaret Frost and Joie and James Frost.
