Virginia Rebecca Parker, age 80 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born April 15, 1936, near Wardell, MO, and passed away April 29, 2016, at her home. Survivors include: five children, Ron Parker, Sharon Hansen, Jim Parker, Deloris Neafsey and Shannon Zolotas; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, Germ Gaskin and Virde Moore-Gaskin; her husband, Virgil Parker; a grandson, Joel Daniel Parker; one sister, Margaret Repke; and three brothers, Hubert, Arthur and Earl Gaskin. Services will be 2pm Tuesday, May 3, 2016, at the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO, with Bro. Brandon Mize and Bro. Merle Dixon officiating, with burial to follow in the Thayer Cemetery. Visitation will be 6pm-8pm Monday at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO.
