Albert Dewayne Lewis, age 63 of Alton, MO was born April 1, 1951 in St Louis, MO and passed away February 13, 2015 at the Ozarks Medical Center. Survivors include; his wife Laura Lewis and son Glenn Fretwell, son Mike Lewis and children Caleb and Sadie, his wife Joy and her children Julia and Isaiah, son Junior Matthews and children Logan, Dalton and Katielynn, daughter, Anita Matthews, daughter, Stephanie Malone and husband Erik and their children Jessalyn, Jayden, Jaxon and Nia, sister, Barbie Smith and her son Tommy Smith, sister Glenna Bond and her children, Gean Bond and Dava Smith, son Wilard James Bond, SR and his children James Bond JR, Paradise Bond, Andrea Bond, Netalie and Nicholas, son Carolus Gean Bond, JR and his wife Lane and children Austin and Johnny. He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard C. Lewis and Ruby Leona Crabtree Lewis, children, Dewayne Lee Lewis, Trenton Smith, Chelsea Nichole Malone, Colby Bond and T.J. Bond. Services have been rescheduled for 1:00 pm Thursday, February 19, 2015 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, burial in the Bailey Cemetery.
