Donna Isabel (Waits) Cotham, age 74 of Mammoth Spring, AR, was born September 21, 1939, in Mammoth Spring, AR, and passed away April 2, 2014, at the Shady Oaks Health Care in Thayer, MO. Survivors include: 1 daughter, Kelly Madden of Mammoth Spring, AR; 1 granddaughter, Schuyler Madden of Mammoth Spring, AR; 1 grandson, Dustin Madden and wife Elizabeth of Mammoth Spring, AR; 1 sister, Virginia Sherley and husband Charles of Sulphur Rock, AR; 2 brothers, Kenneth Waits and wife Lana of Mammoth Spring, AR, and Gerald Wayne Waits of Mammoth Spring, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Jim Cotham; and her parents, William and Doris (Riggs) Waits. A memorial service will be held 2pm Saturday, April 5, 2014, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
