Carol Kay Deckard, age 68 of Alton, MO was born December 21, 1944 in Rockford, IL and passed away March 6, 2013 at her home. Survivors include; her husband, David Deckard of the home, one son, James Deckard of West Plains, MO her father and mother-in-law, Alfred and Mary Jane Deckard of Alton, MO, five grandchildren, Taquila, Jacob, Jessica, Justin and Jacqueline, and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Michael Doyle and Mable Doyle, one daughter, Sally Michelle Deckard-Martin. Graveside services will be 1:00pm Tuesday, March 12, 2013 at the Willwood Burial Park, Rockford , Illinois.
