Stephen F. Stephens, age 61 of Alton, MO was born August 6, 1951 in Bay City, TX and passed away October 19, 2012 at his home near Alton. Survivors include; his wife Rebeca, one daughter, Charlotte Davis, 4 grandchildren, Michael, Christian, Paul and Alex, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, John Wesley Stephens and Frieda Johnson Stephens, and one brother, Kevin.
