Darrell Waymon Walters, age 57 of West Plains, MO, was born August 23, 1953 in Elm Store, AR and passed away May 5, 2011 at the Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, MO. He was united in marriage to Barbara Sue Tune on February 7, 1976. To this union three children were born, Darian Walters and wife Angie of Alton, MO, two daughters, Pamela Witt and special friend Charles “Bubba” Craig of Alton, MO, Cindy Wilmot and husband Jeremy of West Plains, MO, ten grandchildren, a very special great-granddaughter, seven brothers, Dennis Walters and wife Linda of Couch, MO, Tony Walters and wife Susan, Glen Walters, Donnie Walters and wife Kat, David Walters, Benji Walters, all of Doniphan, MO, Jody Walters of Doniphan, MO, four sisters, Gina Bennett and husband Donald of Milburn, KY, Judy Merrett and husband Calvin of Doniphan, Marsha Croy and husband Ronnie of Doniphan, MO, Kim Reed of Wappapello, MO, and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Earnestine Davidson Walters, one infant son, Darrell Waymon, JR, one sister Carolyn Lee and his grandparents. Services will be 11:00am Monday, May 9th, 2011 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO with Bro. Doc Barton officiating, burial in the Falling Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
