Ruby Mildred (Shelley) Gillihan, age 80 of Ash Flat, AR, was born May 16, 1930, in Ballard, AR, and passed away January 12, 2011, at the Shady Oaks Healthcare Center in Thayer, MO. Survivors include: her son, Johnny Ray Gillihan of Sapulpa, OK; 4 sisters, Rose Ann Haney of Wehatchee, WA, Florance Bell of Benton, AR, Betty Ruth Qualls of Thayer, MO, and Faye Tackitt of Doniphan, MO; 2 brothers, Robert Andrew Shelley of Ash Flat, AR, and Bobby Ray Shelley of Ash Flat, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her parents, James Thomas and Mary Ann (McConnell) Shelley; 6 sisters, Lola Shelley, Cora Williams, Maranda Shelley, Nancy King, Nora Shelley, and Lela Mae Jewell; and 1 brother, Roy Shelley. Services will be 2pm Friday, January 14, 2011, at the Peace Valley Pentacostal Church in Ash Flat, AR, with burial following in the Agnos Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service, 12pm-2pm, at the Peace Valley Pentacostal Church in Ash Flat, AR. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
