Ronald Woodrow Holesapple, of Alton, MO, was born July 28, 1943, in Jonesboro, AR, and passed away October 21, 2010, at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO, at the age of 67. Survivors include: his wife, Faye, of Alton, MO; 2 sons, Rocky Holesapple and wife April, and Preston Holesapple and Carmen; 3 grandchildren, Tiffany, Rocky II, and Jarren (with another grandchild expected); 3 sisters, JoAnn, Jan, and Nancy; 3 brothers, Johnny, Riley, and Scott; 1 half-sister, DeAnn; 1 half-brother, Jimmy; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by: his parents, Pete and Lucille (McGowan) Holesapple; and 1 sister, Mary Lynn Holesapple. Ron was a truck driver for many years. He enjoyed recalling stories of his many years working for Continental Trailways in Kansas City, MO. Services will be 2pm Sunday, October 24, 2010, at the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO, with Bro. Johnny Holesapple officiating. Visitation will be 12pm to 2pm Sunday, prior to the funeral. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home of Thayer, MO.
