Audria E. Specketer, age 79 of Thayer, MO, was born May 17, 1930, in Elgin, IL, and passed away September 21, 2009, at the Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains, MO. Survivors include: 2 daughters, Shirley Cook and husband Jerry, and Patty LeBeau; 8 grandchildren, Mark, Matthew, Jeremy, Stacy, Veronica, Lisa, Meagan, Billy; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by: her husband, Roland Specketer; her parents, Lyman Mittlesteadt and Dorothy (Klages) Mittlesteadt; and 1 grandson, Shawn Huckabee. A memorial service will be held 7pm Thursday, September 24, 2009, at the Clary Chapel in Thayer, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of the Clary Funeral Home in Thayer, MO.
