Iva Delora Young Rose, age 75 of Wirth, AR was born November 20, 1933 in Fulton County, AR and passed away April 25, 2009 at the Ozarks Medical Center, West Plains, MO. She was united in marriage to Archie H. Rose on January 11, 1950, who survives. Other survivors include; four sons, Robert Eugene Rose and wife Virginia of Wirth, AR, Jerry Galen Rose and wife Nancy of Henderson, AR, Archie Keith Rose and wife Judy of Wirth, AR, Dennis L. Rose and wife Debbie of Mammoth Spring, AR, seven grandchildren, Justin Rose and wife Rachel of San Francisco, CA, Kimberly Williamson and husband Michael of Calico Rock, AR, Laura A. Rose of Stuttgart, AR, Kelly Morris, husband John and step-daughter Emma of Mountain Home, AR, Aimee J. Rose of Harrison, AR, Forrest D. Rose of Wirth, AR, Whitney Rose of Wirth, AR, one great-grandson, Riley Williamson of Calico rock, AR, two sisters, Erma Garrison and husband James of Couch, MO, Ada Hunter of Thayer, MO, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her parents, Robert Vernon Young and Sylvia Jean Swetnam Young, one brother, Oscar Vernon Young and one sister, Nedra Scott. Iva was a homemaker and was a well-respected member of the Mammoth Spring Church of Christ. Services will be 11:00am Tuesday, April 28, 2009 at the Clary Funeral Home, Thayer, MO with brother Lee Moses officiating. Visitation will be Monday, 6:00-8:00pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Wirth Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Wes Garrison, Justin Rose, Forrest Rose, Preston Scott, Don Berry and David Bishop.
