Howard Newman Edwards, age 84 of Alton, MO was born February 19, 1926 in Modena, MO and passed away August 17, 2010 at West Plains, MO. Survivors include; one son; Jerry Edwards, two grandsons, Robert and Mathew Edwards, all of Kansas City, MO, two brothers, Harley Edwards of Independence, MO, Herman Edwards of Kansas City, MO, one half-brother, Rex Clark, two half-sisters, Eula Blakesley and Carol Hampton, and numerous other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents, William Joseph Edwards and Olive Horn Edwards, his wife, June, one son, Larry and one grandson, Ryan. Services will be 10:00am Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Clary Funeral Home, Alton, MO, with Bro. John Lewis Casey and Bro. Edward Casey officiating, interment to follow in the Cave Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Friday at the funeral home. |
