Thelma Ford, age 89, of Alton, MO was born April 15, 1919 in Oregon County, MO and passed away January 10, 2009 in West Plains, MO.

Survivors include; numerous nieces and nephews, including two nephews John and Thelma raised, Merrele Ford and Jimmy Reed, and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel Pierce and Susan Sanders Pierce, her husband John, a son, Joe Delmar Stanley, and a nephew they raised, J.C. Ford.

Services will be Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at 11:00am in the Clary Funeral Home chapel, Alton, MO with Bro. Jobe Steele officiating. Burial will be in the Cave Springs Cemetery.
